Mr. Olugbenga Adediwin is a 2001 graduate of Political Science from the University of Jos, Plateau state, Nigeria. He also has an MBA from the University of Hull, United Kingdom in 2007. He began his professional career with Industrial and General Insurance Company Limited in 2002.
Mr. Adediwin has worked with companies that are major players in the downstream subsector of the Nigerian oil and gas sector of Nigeria. He began his career in oil and gas at Chevron Oil Nigeria Plc, he later worked with MRS Oil Nigeria Plc, Eterna Plc and KATA TMS Ltd. He is currently the Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer of Energyswitch Allied Oil Services Limited. Mr. Adediwin is married with children.
Mrs. Bukola Adediwin
Mrs. Bukola Adediwin is a 2006 graduate of Economics from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Osun State. She has interests in women and children fashion and has attending several courses and training in fashion designing and marketing.
She is currently the Managing Director of BUKS House of Fashion, a company that specialises in women and children fashion. The company operates in the entire value chain of the fashion industry and has been able to develop an impressive customer base resulting from value and dynamic styles on offering. Mrs. Adediwin is married with Children.


Osoja Mobolaji Oladipupo
Osoja Mobolaji Oladipupo is the Chairman of Lado Oil and Chemicals Limited. He is a dynamic and results-oriented entrepreneur and manager with over 20 years of experience in establishing and growing successful businesses in the oil and gas industry. He has a proven track record of innovation, strategic leadership, and financial acumen.
He is highly skilled at identifying opportunities, building high-performance teams, and driving revenue growth, while also dedicating significant efforts to philanthropic initiatives. Passionate about creating sustainable enterprises, he is committed to contributing meaningfully to the business ecosystem. He is known for leveraging business success to create positive change and improve the lives of others.
As Chairman of the company, he has led its growth through the implementation of strategic plans and initiatives that have resulted in exceptional revenue generation and business expansion. He has also formed strategic partnerships within the energy sector and cultivated a strong company culture that fosters innovation, collaboration, and employee development.
He is a seasoned petroleum marketer and a goal-driven entrepreneur.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Lagos State University and an MBA from the Metropolitan School of Business and Management, United Kingdom.
He is a member of the Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria and a fellow of the Institute of Business Relationship Management of Nigeria.
Mrs. Abiola Olowude
Mrs. Abiola Olowude is a seasoned Wealth and Fund Management Consultant with a distinguished career spanning education, commercial banking, and investment advisory. She began her professional journey as a teacher at both the secondary and tertiary levels. After a decade in education, she transitioned into banking, where she gained over 20 years of experience across banking operations, retail and commercial banking, credit, and relationship management.
She rose to senior management at a leading commercial bank before joining Radix Capital, an independent investment banking firm, where she led the Private Funds and Wealth Management unit. In 2010, she ventured into private enterprise and currently serves as the Managing Director of Solomon and Benjamin Ltd, advising clients on wealth growth and fund optimization through strategic partnerships with asset managers.
Mrs. Olowude also serves as the Chairman of Policy Masters Insurance Brokers Limited and is a Director at IBIKS Limited, an investment company. Additionally, she consults on finance and personnel matters for Stallion Construction Company and Hammer & Forester Global Company. She is also a Non-Executive Director at BOCTrust Microfinance Bank. She is married and has two adult children.

Olanrewaju Mohammed
Director of Marketing
A proud alumnus of Lagos State Polytechnic, where he studied Marketing. He is an Associate Member of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN) and Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN).
Olanrewaju Mohammed began his insurance career with Niger Insurance in 2007, and later joined Mutual Benefits Life Insurance in 2012 as financial risk advisor. In 2015, he transitioned into private enterprise. Encouraged by his close friend, Olugbenga Adediwin, he ventured into commodity trading and supply from 2018 to 2021.


Oladipupo Paul Adeshina
Director of Operations
Oladipupo Paul Adeshina is a Managing Partner at Energyswitch Allied Oil Services Limited, bringing a wealth of experience in financial management, strategic planning, operations, and risk oversight to the company.
He is a graduate of Olabisi Onabanjo University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics in 2012. His professional journey began in the Finance and Accounts Department of Industrial and General Insurance Plc, where he gained in-depth expertise in financial operations, treasury management, and corporate finance.
To further enhance his professional capabilities, Adeshina obtained a certification in Risk Management, equipping him with essential skills in identifying, assessing, and mitigating business and financial risks—expertise he continues to apply in the dynamic oil and gas sector.
With a solid foundation in corporate governance and finance, and a keen understanding of industry risks, Adeshina plays a pivotal role in driving Energyswitch Allied Oil Services Limited’s growth and long-term sustainability.
Oshode Michael Olajide
General Manager, Operations
Oshode Michael Olajide is a results-driven and highly accomplished General Manager at Energyswitch Allied Oil Services, Ltd., where he has demonstrated exceptional leadership over three years. A graduate of Animal Breeding and Genetics from the University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Ogun State. He brings a unique blend of scientific acumen and strategic business expertise to his role.
He is a Chartered manager with over 10 (ten) years working experience and an associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management, showcasing his commitment to professional excellence. Furthering his expertise, he holds certification in Cyber security and Blockchain Architecture from Alison, along with a Product Management certification from Be-techified and ArcGIS certification.
Known for his dedication to training and leadership development, his proactive approach, strong analytical skills, and ability to take initiative make him a valuable asset in driving organizational success.

Since 2011, she has consistently delivered reliable, data-driven financial solutions that support performance improvement, regulatory compliance, and long-term business sustainability.
Her background in the financial services industry has equipped her with strong competencies in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, internal controls, credit analysis, risk management, and tax compliance. She began her career working with reputable financial institutions, where she developed a solid foundation in financial systems, reporting standards, and strategic financial planning.
At EnergySwitch Allied Oil Services Ltd, Hosanna plays a key role in managing the company’s financial operations. She leads the budgeting and reporting processes, ensures regulatory compliance, and provides strategic insights that support the company’s growth and profitability objectives. Ijeoma Ogochukwu Udobia is a graduate of Law from Obafemi Awolowo University, where she obtained her LLB degree. She is a certified member of both the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). Her academic background and professional certifications reflect a strong foundation in legal, corporate governance, and tax practices, positioning her as a valuable asset in any corporate or legal advisory role.
With extensive experience in corporate law, human resource management, and administrative leadership, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the organizational structure and ensuring legal and operational compliance at ENEGRYSWITCH ALLIED OIL SERVICES LTD.
As the Head of Legal, HR, and Administration, she oversees legal framework, employee relations, compliance protocols, and strategic administrative planning of the company.
Ijeoma is known for her pragmatic approach to problem-solving, and commitment to fostering a productive and inclusive workplace.
